Nataraja Arts Academy was born with the intention of spreading the beautiful art-form called bharatanatyam. The academy trains young and old alike such that they carry on this tradition for a long time to come. Training is provided not only to perform but also in all other aspects like stage management, organising, leadership skills, teaching etc. for wholesome development. The academy has hosted many arangetrams (rangapravesham) and is training children pave their way in making a mark for themselves in this field. Also, several students of the academy have completed exams conducted by the Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board with top honours. “Nrithya Sanje” – annual showcase by the students of the academy is celebrated in a grand way.
